Family portraits are one of my favorite sessions because I always enjoy watching the love and dynamics between each unique familial bond. Melia and Jazmin were the sweetest little darlings. Melia was so gentle with her little sister as she read to her and gave her the flowers she picked. And Jasmine was content the entire time enjoying every second of sunshine. It doesn't get much cuter than this!
Stephanie + Brandon || Engaged
We had such a fun time with this engagement in the thick fog. The Marin Headlands is one of the most unique areas of the Golden Gate National Recreation area. The views from above in the high hills and mountains are breathtaking, especially when you have two beautiful people to capture! Stephanie and Brandon's love for each other shined through in the moments in between. // Shot alongside viviansachs Photography
Celebrate
We enjoyed some warm weather over the fourth of July in Bay St. Louis, MS. It was a first time experience at their annual Crab Fest with live music, rides, and crab in just about every way imaginable. This year was one for the books. A weekend filled with watermelons, sunshine, seafood, ocean swimming, and fireworks. What better way to celebrate the U.S.A? ((Images shot on my Hasselblad 500 with Kodak Portra film and Canon 5D))

Isla || Family Portrait
I had too much fun with this adorable little kiddiewink, Isla. She is such a happy little baby and her parents, Justin and Anika, are just as lighthearted. We enjoyed some time in the park, melting ice cream cones, picking flowers near the bay, and a little dance from Isla here and there.

Clipper Round the World || Event Coverage
Shooting for Vivian Sachs Photography always brings unique opportunities my way. Being on call for the Old Pulteney sailboat arriving in San Francisco was one of these thrilling experiences, to say the least. This 70 foot racing yacht was one of twelve, each sponsored by different brands, racing around the entire world by sea. Arriving from their last stop in China, the crew was welcomed with bagpipes, family, and Old Pulteney Malt Scotch Whisky.

Handmade Boutique, San Francisco CA
When I walked into Aline's Closet for the first time, I stepped into a world of beauty. From the ceiling to the floor, this designer had every single detail beautifully done. With her rich and colorful palette, Aline Dazogbo designs and constructs all of her clothing and jewelry by hand. Her made-to-order rack consists of her permanent collection which can be personally designed to fit your body and color preference. Her energy is alluring and she brings so much light to this place. Aline's little shop on the corner is one of a kind, to say the least. The shop is located on 101 Pierce Street in the Haight district of San Francisco, CA.
Marfa, TX
I am moving to San Francisco, California. On my drive out to the west coast, my companion and I stopped in Marfa, TX to explore the mysterious city in the high desert. This artistic little community and town far surpassed my expectations. From sleeping in campers and teepees, to viewing the milky way at night, to swimming with fish in a natural spring that pumps around 28 million gallons of water a day, I'd say this was one hell of a place to visit. In my mind, my next visit is already planned out.
